Elizabeth Flesh, MBA

Elizabeth has over thirty years of insurance management experience focusing on extensive office and automation systems, as well as financial, operational and administrative procedures. Since 1993, Ms. Flesh has been conducting E&O audits for E&O Plus Program members. She has managed people and systems, plus has the ability to communicate at all levels. Creative organization, problem solving and systems design are her strengths.

Before establishing her own firm, EAF Consulting Group, Inc. in Fort Myers, Florida, Liz worked as a consultant with Holgate/ Sitkins & Associates, Inc. and Oswald-Newman Consulting Group, Inc. Her other experience includes managing a large independent insurance agency in the East and serving as the Regional Systems Manager in Dallas, Texas, for ARC/ AMS Automation Services, Inc.

She was also Manager of the Planning Department of Equitable General Insurance Company in Fort Worth, Texas where she was responsible for financial and operational planning as well as work measurement for the entire company. Her first insurance job was in the Claims Division of the Travelers Insurance Company in its home office in Hartford, Connecticut.

In the late 1980s, Liz ventured out of the insurance field for two years and worked for Coopers & Lybrand as an EDP auditor.

In addition to completing an undergraduate degree, Ms. Flesh earned a Masters of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
